Your order will be charged at the time it is placed. If you have paid with Paypal, the payment will process when the purchase is complete.
We aim for same-day shipping on orders placed by 12:00 PM EST on normal business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed outside this time frame will ship the following business day.
Upon checkout, you will be provided an estimated date for your order's arrival based on your selected shipping method. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us directly so we can do our best to accommodate your request.

A majority of our inventory is ready-to-ship. However, if you ordered multiple pieces with different lead times, we may need to split the shipments. If an item has an extended lead time, it will be specifically noted in the item description.
Returns / Exchanges
We are confident that you will love your purchase, but if you need to return your item, all unworn merchandise may be returned within 15 days for full credit to the original form of payment.
All personalized and special orders are considered final sale. All gift cards are considered final sale. All sale items are considered final sale.
Once your return is approved, received and processed, you will be notified via email. The credit will be to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be reflected on your statement.
